The hydraulic synchronous splitter motor is mainly synchronized with respect to mechanical position, while the gear splitter maintains pressure synchronization. Gear splitter, also known as synchronous valve, is an independent hydraulic component that integrates the functions of hydraulic splitter valve and collector valve. It is a general term for hydraulic valves, including diversion valves, collection valves, one-way diversion valves, one-way collection valves, and proportional diversion valves. Synchronous valves are mainly used in dual cylinder and multi cylinder synchronous control hydraulic systems. There are many methods to achieve synchronous motion, but the synchronous control hydraulic system using a gear splitter synchronous valve has many advantages such as simple structure, low cost, easy manufacturing, and strong reliability. Therefore, synchronous valves have been widely used in hydraulic systems. Hydraulic synchronous motor is an executive component of hydraulic system, which converts the hydraulic pressure energy provided by the hydraulic pump into the mechanical energy (torque and speed) of its output shaft.
